Well, the guys decided to participate once again in the 5 man 24 hours of adrenalin race in Idyllwild. Their goal was to complete the most laps (~9 1/2 mile course) in a 24 hour period in their category.(makayla showing 24)

After the 2nd, third, and fourth place teams rotated positions after every lap, we finished 40 sec. behind the 2nd place team.

What a way to celebrate your birthday...
Skinny dipping in an ice cold water bath after a night lap when it was at least 40 degrees outside. They say it's suppose to help your legs recover. I think I'll take their word for it.
